While we do our utmost to keep all our prices accurate and up to date, on occasion an item may be priced incorrectly. Prices can vary for many reasons and as such, all prices listed are subject to change without prior notice. Any price listed on this website does not entitle purchaser to that price. Rimier Motor Sport Inc. will contact the purchaser immediately if any variation in the price of a product has been discovered prior to shipment of any goods.
When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Rimier Motor Sport Inc within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the you the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. DO NOT fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your merchandise. We cannot accept merchandise for return with completed warranty cards of damaged or missing collateral material. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment. Keep your Invoice with your important records. Read all instruction manuals BEFORE testing your equipment. Rimier Motor Sport Inc. will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.
For security reasons, when you place an order with Rimier Motor Sport Inc. online we will bill your credit card immediately; we do not wait until your order has shipped to bill your credit card. The reason for this policy is simple: we want to provide the absolute best protection of your sensitive credit card information, and the most effective way to protect that data is simply not to store key elements of that data in our database. Because we do not store key information, we must bill immediately. If for whatever reason your purchase is backordered, out of stock, or there is a problem with your order, we will issue a refund in accordance with our return and refund policy.
In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges, within a period of 7 days. To return an item you must contact Customer Service (via email, phone or fax) for prior approval and obtain an RMA number. All merchandise purchased from Rimier Motor Sport Inc. is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Merchandise can be returned only if it is in its' original manufacturer's packaging, exactly the same condition as sold, includes all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Rimier Motor Sport Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA#

No Refunds or Exchanges Will Be Made After 7 Days of receipt.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Rimier Motor Sport Inc. reserves the right either to refuse the return or to charge a restock fee of not less than 20%.

  • Shipping is non-refundable. If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for return shipping and protecting and properly packaging the item.
  • Any non-defective item may be returned for a refund of the cost of the item less at least a 20% restocking fee once we've received the item. Return items must be in brand new condition with original packaging and all original contents; if not, at the discretion of Rimier Motor Sport Inc, additional fees beyond the minimum 20% restocking fee may apply and/or the item may be sent back to the customer and no refund issued.
  • Special Order items or custom build items are not subject to any returns.
  • The sole obligation of Rimier Motor Sport Inc. (including but not limited to its owners, operators, contractors, consultants, employees, etc.), at our discretion, shall be repair, replacement, or refund of original item(s) sold. Rimier Motor Sport Inc. shall not be responsible or liable in anyway for labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind whatsoever. In no event shall Rimier Motor Sport Inc. liability exceed the cost of the goods.
  • We will endeavor to be fair and honest in our evaluation of each customer situation.
Our standard shipping method within the continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is UPS Ground service - Approx. 5-7 Business days delivery from shipping date.
Other options include UPS 2 Day service - 2 Business days delivery, and UPS Next Day service - 1 Business day delivery.

A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt.
Delivery to P.O. boxes is not available.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can only be shipped via UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day, but not via UPS 3 Day service". (Please allow up to 3 Business days for delivery.)
All orders are subject to approval by our verification dept. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.

The exceptional odd, overweight, and/or oversized items can only be shipped by common carrier (truck/air freight). Please allow 5-8 days for delivery to 48 states. The states of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can anticipate 10-14 days for delivery.
 

For International customers, we can ship via International UPS, depending on the weight, value, and destination of your merchandise. Rimier Motor Sport Inc. is not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, Customs or taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you and urges you to consult your local government import office with any questions.
 

Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel's weight and destination. Value is also determined for insurance purposes only. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels.

Your total charges will include the item(s) you specify plus shipping. If the order is shipped within California or Nevada, the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge. If you have resale or tax exempt status, please make your order by Phone, Fax or E-Mail, since we do not have this option available on our web site as of this time.

We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of California or Nevada.

The warrantee on all products supplied by Rimier Motor Sport Inc is that of the original manufacturer. It is impractical for us to list each specific warrantee policy for every product. Please contact us for warrantee information on the product in which you are interested. Rimier Motor Sport Inc. does not warrantee any product.
The purchaser of any part, component or accessory by expressed use of the website, order placement or otherwise releases Rimier Motor Sport Inc (including but not limited to its owners, operators, contractors, consultants, employees, etc.) from all liabilities pertaining to the use of the part, component or accessory. The purchaser recognizes, acknowledges, and accepts that any alteration or modification to any motor vehicle may increase the risk of injury or accident and may render the vehicle illegal for use on public roads and highways. Parts are intended for race use only. Use at your own risk.
